Governance & Responsibility

MimiHua is owned and operated by Bee Technology Group, which is responsible for platform governance, technology infrastructure, and data protection practices. Educational content design and cultural programming are developed, a nonprofit organization focused on language and cultural education. Renaissance Evolution does not collect, process, or store user data through the MimiHua platform.

Student Privacy & Data Protection

MimiHua is designed to function without the creation of student accounts and without the collection of personal data from children. No names, email addresses, identifiers, voice recordings, or behavioral data are collected from students. Any limited technical data required for basic platform operation is handled solely by Bee Technology Group in accordance with COPPA, GDPR / UK GDPR, FERPA, and applicable U.S. state privacy laws. MimiHua is intended for classroom or supervised educational use only.

What we collect (and what we don’t)

• Children: no personal data collected.
• Accounts: no child accounts; teacher-led access in school-ready modes.
• Tracking: no behavioral advertising or profiling.
